Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations. Insurance. Lost & Undelivered Items. International Shipping.


Please let us know within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back to us within 30 days. Contact Us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return, exchange, or cancel. 

Returns & Exchanges. Mail your item back in a bubble wrap envelope or other protective shipping (you'll need to cover the postage). Include your packaging slip (or order name and number) so we can correctly identify your order for reimbursement. Your item(s) needs to be in its/their original condition when returned in order to receive your full refund amount. We do not reimburse the cost of the postage (whether paid for or free) when the order was originally placed. Exchanges may incur a charge for postage to have the item(s) shipped to you.

Cancellations. If you've changed your mind, please let us know as soon as you can. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we'll cancel it for you. 

Shipping with Tracking is Free for orders $80 or more (excluding tax) only within the United States*. Expedited shipping costs (if available) always incur a charge regardless of order value. For the most part, we use the USPS to ship. While there's no guarantee that there won't be unexpected delays, the USPS estimates an arrival time of within 2-5 days (the closer you are to us, the quicker your order should arrive). We aim to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. In any case, your order will likely be mailed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy holiday seasons, both processing and shipping times may be delayed.

Insurance. While there may be insurance automatically included by the carrier at the time of purchase of postage for your order (which may or may not cover the complete value of your order), we do not purchase insurance to cover the value of your item(s). If you have questions about insurance and the possibility of purchasing insurance (or additional insurance) to cover the complete value of your order, please send us an inquiry prior to placing your order.

Lost & Undelivered Items (in the United States & Internationally). If your order does not arrive and there is tracking that does not show that it has been delivered to you, we will contact the carrier and do all that we can to locate the item. If applicable (if there is insurance available to file a claim on), we will file for a reimbursement to cover the value of your order. If your order has tracking and the carrier shows it as having been delivered, Bradley Kellie relies on the carrier and considers the order delivered. If you have not received your order despite the tracking showing it as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to try and see what happened. If there was insurance on your order, you will need to file for a reimbursement (to assist you, we will send you whatever information we have) with the carrier.

If an item is Shipped Outside of the United States (International Shipping), you'll need to cover the shipping costs, insurance costs (Contact Us if you would like to purchase insurance for your order, prior to placing your order) as well as any of your local customs and import taxes. There may be unexpected customs delays in your country. Make sure you check with your local customs office to see if your order has arrived. They may not notify you. If an item is not picked up at your customs office and returned to us in its original condition, we will reimburse you the value of your order less any expenses related to shipping the item to you or receiving the item back.

Be careful to enter your shipping address correctly so we don't receive a Returned Package (if Bradley Kellie didn’t make a mistake, postage for returns will not be reimbursed) or you don't incur the expense of a Lost Package.
