Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
WE ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND, WHEN POSSIBLE, ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, exchange, or cancel.
Returns & Exchanges: Let us know within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back to us within 30 days.
Mail your item back in a bubble wrap envelope or other protective shipping (you'll need to cover the postage). Include your packaging slip (or order name and number) so we can correctly identify your order. Your item(s) needs to be in its/their original condition when returned in order to receive your full refund amount.
Cancellations: If you've changed your mind, let us know as soon as you can. If we haven't yet shipped your order, we'll cancel it for you.
Our Standard Shipping is Free only within the United States*. For the most part, we use the USPS to ship. While there's no guarantee that there won't be unexpected delays, the USPS estimates an arrival time of within 1-3 days. We aim to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. In any case, your order should be mailed within 3 to 5 business days. During busy holiday seasons, both processing and shipping times may be delayed.
If an item is Shipped Outside of the United States, you'll need to cover the shipping costs as well as any of your local customs and import taxes. There may be unexpected customs delays in your country. Make sure you check with your local customs office to see if your order has arrived. They may not notify you. If an item is not picked up at your customs office and returned to us, we deduct the cost of the postage.
Be sure you enter your shipping address correctly so we don't receive a Returned Package or you don't incur the expense of a Lost Package.
If you have reason to believe your package has been Stolen; if a USPS tracking notification says your order was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office and your local police.
